Breeze Care Systems was formed by Dr Speiser  in 1997 to satisfy the growing needs of his dental patients who complained of taste and breath problems. Dr Speiser also noted the large percentage of patients in his practice that had decay, and gum disease also had related breath and nasal problems. This started him on his quest to find the connection between all these conditions. Dr Speiser is one of the few dentists who not only manufactures specialized mouthwash and toothpastes, but still maintains a full time dental practice where he can see the direct results of these well being products. Dr Speiser is also linked to the manufacturers of ENT approved nasal wash and nasal spray, to help combat post nasal drip and halitosis associated with post nasal drip.

Dr Speiser's research showed that current treatment for breath problems relied on either antiseptic mouthwash or chlorine dioxide mouthwash. His tests showed however that whilst these products worked for some people, there were still a lot of patients that felt no benefit. This led to the formation of Breeze Care Systems and the development of the patented Triclosan and Peroxide mouthwash, the only one of its kind available today. Dr Speiser's theory was to combine the best qualities of both the antiseptic mouthwash and the oxygenating effects of the chlorine dioxide mouthwash into one quick and manageable rinse.

After this achievement, he has moved on to develop the patented Breeze Morning Fresh Oral Gel, to combat dry mouth and morning breath. Again, applying the mantra of innovation, this product uses the unique combination of Chitosan and Cetylpyridium to achieve maximum benefit.

Dr Speiser graduated from Sydney University, Australia in 1980. He has worked as a dentist since then in his dental practices. He has just opened a new clinic in Edgecliff (Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Australia). He is a member of numerous professional groups, such as the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and International Society for Breath Odour Research (ISBOR).
